We're sorry for the inconvenience! The good news is upgrading to the latest version of the AOL Desktop Software will fix this issue. If you've upgraded to Windows 10 and your compose mail window in the AOL Desktop Software unexpectedly quits when trying to write an email, it's caused by a small issue with the software and Windows 10. While AOL technical support is difficult to come by we have found that this issue is easily fixed by upgrading to AOL's latest desktop version. Clients with Windows 10 who still use AOL for email are experiencing serious crashes.
